PureGuard XL AW ISO 68

Product description

PureGuard XL AW ISO 68 is a zinc-based antiwear hydraulic oil for high-pressure systems, made from base stocks and an additive system intended to provide oxidation stability, water demulsibility, and foam suppression. It meets DIN 51524, ISO 11158 HL and HM, and Denison HF-0.

Performance and protection

• Provides 5,000 hours of oxidation stability in the ISO 68 formulation.
• Formulated to protect hydraulic pumps in high-pressure service.
• Separates water and suppresses foam.
• Protects against wear, rust, and corrosion.
• Helps minimize metal-to-metal contact in vane and gear pumps.
• Thermal and hydrolytic stability are intended to limit deposit formation that could interfere with filtration in close-tolerance equipment.
• Formulated for performance across a wide range of operating temperatures.
• Provides 35 kV dielectric strength at the time of blending.
