MANNOL ENERGY SAE 5W-30 API SN/CH-4 is a universal ester-containing engine oil for modern gasoline and diesel engines, with and without turbocharging.

The formulation was designed to meet European car manufacturer requirements, including Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Renault, and Ford specifications.

Performance and protection

• Ester technology combined with a synthetic base and an optimized viscosity-temperature range is intended to support engine operation during cold start, in urban driving, and on the highway, including under frequent temperature changes.
• The synthetic ester-containing base combined with the additive package is intended to preserve engine power output through the oil-change interval.
• Ester components support anti-wear and anti-friction performance through oil-film strength, intended to extend engine life in stop-start driving and at cold start.
• Low HTHS viscosity and anti-friction properties are intended to support fuel economy.
• High thermo-oxidative stability is intended to resist oil aging.
• Detergent and dispersant properties combined with thermal-oxidative stability are intended to control deposit formation and keep engine parts clean through the oil-change interval.

Applications

Designed for gasoline and diesel engines across a wide fleet of cars, light utility vehicles, vans, and light trucks from European and other manufacturers. MANNOL recommends this oil for Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen vehicles with additional engine oil requirements. Not suitable for heavy trucks or similar vehicles.
